NEW SECTION added to Chapter 34-12
For the purposes of section 2 of this Act, the following terms mean: (1) "Drug testing," the analysis of biological specimens to detect the presence of the following substances or their metabolites: (a) Alcohol; (b) Amphetamines; (c) Cocaine; (d) Marijuana; (e) Opioids; and (f) Phencyclidine; and (2) "Employee" a full-time, part-time, temporary, or contracted staff member who performs work for compensation.
