NEW SECTION added to Chapter 41-6
An individual who is a nonresident of this state and on active duty in the armed forces of the United States, as defined in § 58-33-117, may annually purchase one fall three-day temporary nonresident waterfowl license, applicable to any unit for which temporary nonresident waterfowl licenses are otherwise issued. An individual purchasing a license in accordance with this section must present a valid military identification card and obtain a federal migratory bird stamp and a migratory bird certification permit. A license issued pursuant to this section is valid only on private land and not subject to any other limitation on the number of licenses that may be issued. 13
