NEW SECTION added to Chapter 42-7
B: 28 There is imposed on pari-mutuel historical horse race wagering, a tax of nine percent on the net winnings of pari-mutuel historical horse race wagering. For purposes of taxation, net winnings are the total payout from a pari-mutuel betting pool in a historical horse race.
