Section 34-11-1 — AMENDED
A county or municipality may: (1) Provide or contract for the provision of ambulance services; and (2) Contract with another political subdivision or other person for the provision of moneys to support ambulance services shall provide or contract with any person or political subdivision for the provision of ambulance services within its jurisdiction. 10
