NEW SECTION added to Chapter 1-19
A: Except for property owned by the state, or any political subdivision of the state, listing a property on the national register of historic places constitutes listing the property on the state register of historic places. Any property owned by the state, or any political subdivision of the state, must be removed from the state register upon request of the agency or office with jurisdiction over the property. 21
