NEW SECTION added to Chapter 12-17
B: A copy of the canvass expected test results report, detail results by precinct report, zero report, configuration report, and any other report produced by automatic tabulating equipment must be available for public inspection at no charge, during regular office hours, within twenty-four hours after the completion of: (1) A test of the equipment, pursuant to § 12-17B-5; (2) The use of the equipment at an election; or (3) A post-election audit required by this chapter. 11
