NEW SECTION added to Chapter 60-9
Upon enrollment of a member, a labor union, organization, or association must provide a document stating the services that the labor union, organization, or association provides as a benefit of membership and the obligations of the labor union, organization, or association to the member. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
