NEW SECTION added to Chapter 25-5
Upon the establishment of paternity pursuant to § 25-8-50, the father of an unmarried minor born out of wedlock is entitled to minimum noncustodial parenting time, as set forth in chapter 25-4A, unless visitation would result in serious detriment to the minor. 7
