NEW SECTION added to Chapter 32-1
There is imposed an additional, nonrefundable motor vehicle technology fee on any transaction performed pursuant to chapters 32-3, 32-3A, 32-5, 32-9, and 32-10, which is subject to an existing fee. The additional fee is two dollars per transaction. Fees collected under this section must be deposited into the motor vehicle technology fund established pursuant to section 2 of this Act.
