Veteran business owners can now display military specialty license plates on non-commercial vehicles registered to their business, as long as they're listed as an additional owner on the vehicle's title. The bill requires a $10 fee for the initial issuance of these plates (unless the veteran qualifies for a fee exemption) and protects the veteran and business owner from any additional legal liability related to having these special plates on the vehicle.
