ENROLLED AN ACT ENTITLED An Act to revise the terms of county extension board members. 1 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA: 2 Section 1. That § 13-54-11 be AMENDED: 3 13-54-11. Immediately after the boards a board of county commissioners have 4 voted votes to establish cooperative extension work under the provisions of this chapter, 5 they the board shall appoint a county extension board consisting of five to or seven 6 members.
