The amendment reorganizes and expands the definitions section by renumbering terms to accommodate new license categories (basic and advanced esthetician) and adds detailed definitions for new treatments like dermaplaning, electrical energy treatments, and microdermabrasion, while also clarifying that natural hair braiding is exempt from licensure requirements. This BROADENS the bill by establishing more granular licensing categories within esthetics and more precisely defining the scope of each practice area.
