This bill removes an exception that previously excluded dealers whose main business is selling off-road construction equipment from the definition of an "agricultural equipment dealer" under state law. Going forward, any dealer whose equipment sales make up at least 30 percent of their gross agricultural equipment sales will qualify as an agricultural equipment dealer, regardless of whether they also sell off-road construction equipment.
