This bill eliminates an advisory task force that previously reviewed agricultural land assessment rules before the Department of Revenue adopted them. Instead, the Department of Revenue will now directly receive recommendations about agricultural value and issue its own reports, without needing task force approval before making changes to assessment procedures.
