The enrollment process added more sponsors to the commemoration (Representative Novstrup and Senators Crabtree, Duhamel, and Perry) and removed the legislative markup formatting while keeping the substantive content of the honor for Greg Blue intact. This change does not alter the bill's purpose, which remains the same commemoration of his thirty-five years of school board service.
