This change converted the introduced version of the resolution into its enrolled (final passed) version by removing draft formatting indicators and adding official legislative signatures and adoption dates. The substantive content of the YMCA recognition resolution remained unchanged; this was purely an administrative finalization of the bill after it passed both chambers on February 9-11, 2026.
