This bill extends a motor vehicle and motorcycle licensing fee benefit to spouses of disabled veterans, allowing them to obtain standard license plates at the reduced disabled veteran rate instead of regular plates. Previously, only disabled veterans themselves qualified for this fee discount. The spouse must still meet the same eligibility requirements as the veteran to receive this benefit.
