The amendment reorganized the statute's structure, separated digitally fabricated material violations into a distinct subdivision (3) with Class 5 felony penalties, and added a definition section clarifying "digitally fabricated material" and "identifiable."
The enrolled version reorganizes criminal penalties, making violations of subdivisions (1) or (2) Class 1 misdemeanors (Class 6 felonies if victim is under eighteen and perpetrator over twenty-one, or for subsequent violations), and violations of subdivision (3) Class 5 felonies.
