This bill does not directly amend codified state law.
The amendment adds prescription exceptions to the prohibition on selling, possessing, or giving these substances to minors, and reduces the penalty for illegal sales from a Class 6 felony to a Class 1 misdemeanor.
The amendment corrected "THC-8 O" and "THC-14 O" to "THC-O" and changed "to" to "by" in the possession provision, fixing apparent typographical errors.
