The state treasurer shall transfer $56,153,769 $101 from the budget reserve fund to 4 the general 4 fund. 5 Section 2. The state treasurer shall transfer $41,874,757 $101 from the general revenue replacement 6 replacement fund to the general fund. 7 Section 3. Whereas, this Act is necessary for the support of the state government and its 8 existing public institutions, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Act shall be in 9 full force and effect from and after its passage and approval. 10
