The enrolled version removed all the technical legislative formatting (bill number, session information, line numbers, and markup instructions) while retaining the entire substantive content of the commemoration honoring custodial staff. This is a standard cleanup that converts the bill from its working format to its final enrolled form without changing the bill's purpose or meaning.
