A rodeo stock transportation permit may be renewed by submitting an application for renewal on a form approved by the board. The permit renewal is effective upon: (1) An ownership inspection of the rodeo stock; (2) Documentation by the inspector of the additional means of permanent, individual identification of the rodeo stock; (3) Endorsement of the permit by the inspector; (4) Payment of the fee for the permit; and (5) Payment of the ownership inspection fee.
