Rulemaking activity
Only an individual who is eighteen years of age or older and not a prohibited person as described in § 20:04:33:87 may create an account, deposit funds, or participate in advance deposit wagering. The hub licensee shall deny the ability to create an account, deposit funds, or participate in advance deposit wagering to any individual who is under eighteen years of age or is a prohibited person.
