Rulemaking activity
The hub licensee may close or refuse to open an account for what the hub licensee considers good and sufficient reason. The hub licensee shall order an account closed if information used to open the account was false or misleading, or if the account has been used in violation of the provisions of this chapter or any state or federal law. The hub licensee shall inform the commission of having refused or closed an account within seven days of the action.
