20:04:35:23Balance adjustments.

A hub licensee must have in place security or authorization procedures to ensure that only authorized adjustments can be made to wagering accounts. The licensee shall ensure each adjustment is auditable, indicating who performed the adjustment, what the adjustment was, when the adjustment occurred, the value before the adjustment, and the reason for the adjustment. All adjustments to an account balance for amounts of five hundred dollars or less must be periodically reviewed by supervisory personnel as set forth in the licensee's internal controls. All other adjustments must have a supervisor's approval before being entered.
