Rulemaking activity
A hub licensee shall allow the account holder to set: (1) A deposit limit offered on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis specifying the maximum amount of money an account holder may deposit into the account during a particular period of time; and (2) A wager limit offered on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis specifying the maximum amount of wagering account funds that may be put at risk during a particular period of time. A decrease to these limits is effective immediately or at a time clearly indicated to the player. An increase to these limits is effective only after the previous limit has expired and the player reaffirms the requested increase.
