transactions which need not be reported under statements of ownership filings. Any transaction which has been or shall be exempted from the requirements of SDCL 58-5-69 shall, insofar as it is otherwise subject to the provisions of SDCL 58-5-71 to 58-5-73, inclusive, be likewise exempted from SDCL 58-5-71 to 58-5-73, inclusive.
