20:10:13:33New utility purchasing a plant must issue new tariff schedule in its own name.

Within 10 days after the filing of an adoption notice by a public utility which had no previous tariff schedule on file with the commission, the utility shall issue and file in its own name the tariff schedule of the predecessor utility then in effect and adopted by it or such other tariff schedule it proposes to put into effect in the form and manner prescribed in this chapter.
