Rulemaking activity

Within 10 days after the filing of an adoption notice by a public utility which previously had a tariff schedule on file with the commission, the utility shall issue and file in its own name tariff schedules and regulations which shall set out the rates and regulations of the predecessor utility then in effect and adopted by it, or such other rates and regulations as it proposes to put into effect in accordance with this chapter. Such tariff schedules shall be printed on additional or revised sheets to its existing tariff schedules.
