20:10:13:35Notices required when filing tariff schedules in lieu of those of predecessor.

When a tariff schedule or revision is issued by a utility which states the rates, rules, and regulations of the predecessor utility without change in any of the provisions, it may be filed without notice; but when a tariff schedule or revision states any change in the rates, rules, and regulations of the predecessor utility, the schedule or revision is subject to the filing and notice requirements of this chapter.
