20:10:13:40Contents of applications for rate increases.

Applications for rate increases shall include the cost of service to be supplied and shall include the additional material required in §§ 20:10:13:41 to 20:10:13:107, inclusive. Additional materials may be supplied by the utility if the utility feels that it is necessary. All applications for rate increases shall be submitted at least 30 days prior to the date that the rate increase is proposed to become effective.
