20:10:13:41Comparison of sales, services, and revenues.

The application for a rate increase shall include an analysis of sales and services and statements comparing the test year revenues from the rate schedules proposed to be superseded or supplemented and the proposed changed rate schedules. The analysis shall be made for each rate schedule and shall be based upon a test year analysis of customers and customers' demands and KWH or MCF usage by rate block derived from the bill frequency study. One copy of the analysis shall be filed with commission staff at the time the application is filed. The billing quantities involved in the computation of the revenues shall also be shown where appropriate.
