20:10:18:01Temporary service.

When a utility provides temporary service to a customer, it may require the customer to bear the cost of installing and removing the service which is in excess of any salvage realized. The utility may require the customer to make an advance payment sufficient to cover the estimated cost of installing and removing the temporary service. A customer taking temporary service shall pay the regular rates applicable to the class of service which is provided.
