20:10:18:02Change in location of service.

If a change in the location of a utility service to a customer is required for the convenience or benefit of the utility, the utility shall pay the cost of relocating the service. If a change in the location of a utility service to a customer is requested by a customer, the customer shall pay for the cost of relocating the service.
