20:10:18:03Interruptions of service.

Each utility shall keep a record of any interruption of service affecting its whole system or a portion thereof, including a statement of the time, duration and cause of the interruption. Each utility shall make all reasonable efforts to prevent interruptions of service. However, when such interruptions occur, the utility shall reestablish service with the shortest possible delay consistent with the safety of its customers, employees, and the general public. If practical, every customer affected shall be notified in advance of any work which will result in an interruption of service.
