20:10:36:04Application for interconnection.

A public utility shall require an applicant who wants to interconnect, make a capacity change, or change the status of a proposed or operating facility to submit an application to the public utility that owns and operates the EDS to which interconnection is sought. Each public utility shall review all interconnection requests submitted to the public utility at its authorized mailing address.
