20:10:36:07Term of interconnection.

Interconnection of a small generator facility is considered to be in effect for a period of up to 20 years at the interconnection customer's option, unless terminated earlier by the default or voluntary termination by the interconnection customer or by action of the commission. Any interconnection agreement entered into before the effective date of this rule shall remain in effect until the term of the agreement expires.
