20:10:36:28Proof of insurance.

The interconnection customer shall furnish the required insurance certificates and endorsements to the public utility prior to the initial operation of the small generator facility. Evidence of the insurance shall state that coverage provided is primary and is not excess to or contributing with any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the public utility. Thereafter, the public utility has the right to periodically inspect or obtain a copy of the original policy or policies of insurance.
