The ethics committee shall be comprised of a chair, a secretary, and a minimum of three additional members, who shall be chiropractors appointed by the board and shall serve at the pleasure of the board. At least one member of the ethics committee shall be a former board member. Ethics committee members may be removed from the ethics committee by a vote of the board, at any time, without cause.
