20:41:14:02Purpose of peer review committee.

There is hereby established a peer review committee, the members of which shall function at the will of the board. The purpose of the peer review committee is to review those matters relative to the necessity of services of a licensee, reasonableness of procedures, and reasonableness of costs of chiropractic care in the state of South Dakota.
