20:41:14:03Composition of peer review committee.

The peer review committee shall be comprised of a chairman, a secretary, and a minimum of five additional members, and shall be appointed by the members of the board. Peer review committee members may be removed from the peer review committee by vote of the board, at any time, without cause.
