20:48:18:04Certified nurse aide training program -- Clinical facility agreement required.

A nurse aide training program that is not affiliated with a nursing facility must have a written affiliation agreement in place between the training program and a nursing facility or a comparable nursing practice setting. The agreement must describe: (1) How the training program is to provide supervised practical training in the facility; and (2) How the students are to be directly supervised by a licensed nurse when performing client care.
