20:48:18:05Certified nurse aide training program -- Program director qualifications -- Notification to the board.

The program director of an approved nurse aide training program shall meet the following qualifications: (1) Hold an unencumbered registered nurse license or privilege to practice in this state; and (2) Have a minimum of one year of clinical registered nursing experience. An administrator of the program's institution shall notify the board within sixty days when the position of the program director is vacated. A new program director must be approved by the board before new students are enrolled in the program.
