Rulemaking activity

Any applicant for licensure by examination who is a graduate of a school or college of pharmacy located outside of the United States must submit the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee certification awarded by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. Any applicant must submit an application to the board in accordance with § 20:51:01:03. The applicant shall obtain practical experience in one or more board-licensed pharmacies outlined in chapter 20:51:02 before applying for licensure as outlined in § 20:51:01:03.
