An applicant meeting the requirements of this chapter who has taken the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination in another state may transfer scores through the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. To be eligible for licensure, an applicant must receive a passing grade in the Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination, South Dakota edition, in accordance with § 20:51:01:04, within one year from the date the scores are transferred by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy to the board.
