To qualify for a reciprocal license, an applicant must: (1) Be a licensed pharmacist in the state from which the pharmacist is reciprocating; (2) Be in good standing as a pharmacist in the state from which the pharmacist is reciprocating at the time of application; (3) Have engaged in the practice of pharmacy for a period of at least one year or have met the pharmacy practical experience requirements of this state within the one-year period immediately prior to the date of application; and (4) Have passed the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination, if the applicant first became a licensed pharmacist after January 1, 1980.
