requirements. In addition to the requirements of § 20:51:04:02, an applicant for reciprocity shall also meet the following requirements: (1) The applicant may not have committed any act which may be construed by the board as a violation of state and federal laws, which might impair the discharge of the applicant's duties as a pharmacist; and (2) The applicant must successfully complete the Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE), South Dakota edition. A total scaled score of not less than 75 is required to pass this examination.
