The fee for a plumbing permit for a single-family dwelling is one hundred ten dollars. The plumbing permit fee for a multiple family, assembly, workplace, workshop, institution, hotel, motel, mercantile, business, storage, educational, factory, industrial, or other similar structures is two hundred seventy-five dollars. However, the plumbing permit fee for any commercial facility that has five or fewer plumbing fixtures is one hundred dollars. The fee for each additional inspection as provided in SDCL 36-25-19.1 is seventy-five dollars. All plumbing permit fees are non-refundable.
