For an individual who has completed a CTE preparation program, each of the endorsements listed in this section requires completion of a major in content or completion of state-designated coursework. The endorsements are: (1) Secondary Russian; (2) Secondary Japanese; (3) Secondary Norwegian; and (4) Secondary World Languages.
