For an individual who has completed a CTE preparation program, each of the endorsements listed in this section requires completion of one of the following: passage of the state-designated content test, major in content, or completion of state-designated coursework. The endorsements are: (1) Secondary advanced composition and grammar; (2) Secondary advanced literature; (3) Secondary speech and debate; (4) Secondary reading; (5) Secondary Spanish; (6) Secondary German; (7) Secondary French; (8) Secondary Chinese; (9) Secondary Latin; (10) Secondary computer science education; (11) Secondary school library education; (12) Secondary English as a new language education; and (13) Secondary gifted education.
